“ARE” were appointed for the investigation and assessment of the two old refineries, administration building and 10 oil tank structure in their plant in Jeddah. The structures included both the steel structures and concrete structures. Works involved visual inspection, sampling & testing, assessment and provide suitable recommendations with the aim that the structures are safe under operation for another 5 years.
