“ARE” were appointed by Al-Mosbah Est. for the structural assessment of the building to carry 3 additional floors on top of the existing structure. Works involved review of original design and construction details, visual inspection, detailed assessment of additional loads, design of strengthening woks, tendering and construction management and site supervision.
