“ARE” were appointed for the investigation and assessment of the seawater pump house (SWPH) structure in the power plant. The structure comprised of an underground reinforced concrete reservoir, the roof slab of which provided the base for the steel superstructure housing the pumps. ARE has also been retained to prepare the Detailed Rehabilitation Design and Tender Documents for the above mentioned SWPH.
