“ARE” COWI was invited to do the condition survey and monitoring of quay walls in the recently constructed pier. The scope was to measure the readings at monitoring gauges installed on the quay walls, periodically for five years, prepare annual reports briefing the existing conditions, and recommendations to carry out remedial works if found necessary. The work included under water inspection and divers were involved in this project.
