The Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), appointed “ARE” to provide secondment of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) consultants. The proposed secondment is intended to support SEC’s efforts to enhance HSE and achieve its strategic objectives of excellence in HSE performance.
