KCREC appointed “ARE” to carry out the detailed investigation, condition assessment and recommendations for the rehabilitation of the four-star Al-Hayat Hotel. The scope of work includes the detailed design and preparation of the tender documents, the tender assessment, and the construction management and site supervision.
