The Ministry of Health appointed “ARE” to carry out the condition assessment of the Ground floor columns of the Health Affairs Building in Dammam.
The Scope of Works involved a visual inspection, site sampling and testing, as well as the assessment & recommendations for the rehabilitation works to be carried out.
