King Abdullah University of Science & Technology appointed “ARE” to provide general engineering services for the design and supervision of various facilities, infrastructure to be built in Tuwal. The works involve development of the client’s conceptual design to working drawings, planning issues, and preparation of tender documents for construction. The works also included supervision of execution of various structures. All disciplines viz. civil, architectural, landscaping, interior design, plumbing, sanitary, HVAC, roads, FFS, FAS, electrical, etc. were included.
