The Council for Development and Reconstruction appointed “ARE” to provide project management services for the supervision of the construction of the above-mentioned facilities. The works mainly involve supervising whether the execution of work on site is undertaken as per the project contract documents. The activities include preparation of monthly reports, regular meetings, inspection of all activities on site, approval of materials, etc. The works also include all disciplines viz. civil, architectural, landscaping, interior design, plumbing, sanitary, HVAC, roads, FFS, FAS, electrical, etc.
