“ARE” was appointed to design check the structural adequacy of the existing billet bay crane gantry columns against the increment of the loads on the beams.
Calculations were carried out to assess the adequacy of the columns according to the ACI/DIN standards. Following the assessment a report giving recommendations was submitted to the Client.
