“ARE” COWI was invited by Hitachi Zosen to assess the methods for making good casting defects and also give recommendations regarding use of protective coating systems for a concrete cooling water channel under construction. The work involved visual inspection and review of as-built documents. “ARE” COWI after inspection prepared a detailed method of statement for remedial works to be carried out.
