SABIC Terminal Services appointed “ARE” to carry out an investigation related to the deterioration of the steel piles and reinforced concrete decking at the Chemical Berth No. 41 in Yanbu. Apart from a condition survey, ARE’s scope of work included a professional durability study, the recommendation of appropriate remedial works, and the provision of all necessary documentation for a contractor to tender for these works.
