“ARE” were appointed for the site supervision for the rehabilitation of selected reinforced concrete structures in the Plant and selected buildings of the housing compound. The works mainly involve supervising whether the execution on site is undertaken as per the project contract documents. The activities include preparation of monthly reports, conduct regular meetings, inspection of all activities on site, approval of materials, etc.
