“ARE” COWI was appointed by SHARACO to provide professional services involving investigation, assessment & recommendations, and tender documents for selected villas in the Al-Khaleej Village Compound situated in Half Moon Bay. The villas are single and two storey structures, comprising pre-cast slabs, load bearing CMU walls and roof beams. The work involved detailed visual inspection, sampling and testing to determine the cause and extent of deterioration.
