ARE were awarded a contract by Saudi Irrigation Organization (SIO), for the provision of professional services relating to the ‘Design for Expansion of First floor in Main Administration Building of SIO, Hassa Governorate’. The consultancy services include detailed design of all disciplines including but not limited to architectural, interior design, electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, etc. As part of this project, a condition assessment of the ground floor of the existing building was found necessary in order to check whether the first floor can be constructed over the ground floor, without compromising its structural stability/safety.
