“ARE” COWI was appointed to carry out the condition survey of the control room pipe bridge in the plant. The site work involved visual inspection, sampling and testing. After site investigation “ARE” COWI prepared the report describing the existing condition of the bridge and recommending complete demolition & reconstruction of the deck and re-skinning of pier. “ARE” COWI was also requested to prepare detailed design including contract documents, drawings and bill of quantities to carry out remedial works.
