The scope incl. how limiting point source SO2 emissions from 400 mg/Nm3 at the SAOC to 150 mg/Nm3 by installing Tail Gas Treating Units etc.; Update existing BRA model, base case, evaluate incremental risk, to new & existing buildings, update existing BRA Stage 3 report.
