The Scope of Works involved a study, design, topographic survey, geo-technical analysis, traffic study, study of geological properties, etc. works to be carried out.
After data collection it was proposed to have an underpass at the crossing in order to ease the traffic, and also feasible considering the available land area. Of course the underpass was proposed along the road where the traffic is heavy. Typical bridge deck supported on retaining walls was designed.
