Secondment consultants are intended to support SEC’s efforts to enhance HSE and achieve its strategic objectives of excellence in HSE performance
Consultant shall provide knowledge transfer (know how), auditing, supporting participations with managers, employees and contractors on the
following
SEC HSE Management
System, Environment Assessment, Process Safety Management, Pre Start Safety Review, Asset Integrity Management
(AIM) and inspection Risk and reliability management including Risk Based Inspection, Reliability Centered Maintenance ( Re liability,
Availability and Maintainability (RAM) modelling, Accident Investigations, Site OHS inspections, Risk Assessments (HIRA, HAZOP, HAZID
etc .,), Emergency Response, Safety Awareness, JSA , LOTO, TRA, Fire Risk Assessment.
