2024 Consolidated 4 – Renovation Projects for 34 SABGS Schools

This Scope of Work is to provide detailed design and cost estimate for the five (4) renovation works to be undertaken on thirty four (34) Saudi Aramco Built Government Schools at various locations. The task includes developing the Detailed Design package for the renovation works for these schools. The work shall include renovation of Libraries at 10-Schools, Renovation of Toilets at 10-Schools, and Rectification works for Safety Concerns at 4 – E type schools, and Installation of Clock/ Paging Systems at 10 Schools. Works are not limited to the delivery of all project requirements but including site surveys, as-built drawings, engineering design package, SOW, construction specifications, material take-off’s, and ER quality cost estimate including material submittals review and technical queries resolutions.
